Sales

  • Our expertise can help both home users and professionals find the right quality machines and water conditioning systems for their needs at accessible price points.

  • All sales include bench testing, delivery, installation, training, and a service warranty where applicable.

Preventative Maintenance & Repair

  • We service most brands of espresso machines, grinders, coffee brewers, and water conditioning systems in the field or in our shop. Our repairs include warranty services where applicable. In some cases, we can provide loaner equipment for machines in need of major repair.

  • We strongly encourage regular preventative maintenance to avoid expensive emergencies and unnecessary equipment downtime or failure.

  • We offer limited emergency services outside of our regular posted hours.

Consulting & Training

  • Planning a café or restaurant? Schedule a consultation before finalizing your bar layout to save time, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience.

  • We can help your staff increase the quality of your specialty coffee product through learning everything from basic operations and routine maintenance to advanced drink preparation and latte art.

Rates

Standard

$150

There is a minimum one hour labor charge after that labor is billed in 15-minute increments. Roundtrip travel from our shop in Santa Cruz is billed in 15-minute increments.

After Hours

$230

Service scheduled before 7am or after 6pm on weekdays, and anytime on weekends and federal holidays is considered after hours.
